HOT ! Featured Highlight｜Alambique Serrano ‘Besadiablos’ Blend #11 Rum｜ Other Products

Alambique Serrano Besadiablos is the most complex and ambitious release the Krassel family has ever produced — a five-cask blend of pot still and Krassel column still rums that represents the spiritual successor to their celebrated 2024 Matadiablo release. Distilled from 100% Java varietal sugarcane juice harvested at over 3,000 feet above sea level in the mountains of Santa Maria Tlalixtac, Oaxaca, fermented in both stainless steel and pine tanks with ambient yeast before distillation in both pot and Krassel stills. What makes Besadiablos extraordinary is its layered multi-cask architecture — five distinct components each aged separately in New French Oak, New Hungarian Oak, ex-Red Wine American Oak, ex-Bourbon American Oak, and ex-Rum American Oak barrels, then blended at cask strength and bottled at 59.6% ABV with no water, no sugar, and no coloring added. The result is remarkably potent yet nimble with dozens of layers to unpack — the complex wood matrix of five cask types amplifying the wild, high-altitude Oaxacan cane character into something genuinely extraordinary. A rum that rewards patience and attention with every sip — pour it, let it breathe, add a drop of water, and discover something new each time.
