Each order placed will be processed and shipped separately. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. While we may be able to update addresses before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. To request an address change, please email us at [email protected]   If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be refunded for the product cost only after the package has been returned to our facility. If a package is delayed, marked as delivered but missing, damaged in transit, or otherwise experiences a shipping issue, Owl & Goose Gifts will first file an investigation and/or claim with the shipping carrier before any refund, replacement, or reshipment is processed. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s claims process. Orders that do not show delivered may be eligible for review after 30 days from the shipment date.
