HOT ! Other Products ｜Optrel Vegaview 2.5 Welding Helmet

The Optrel Vegaview 2.5 is a premium auto-darkening welding helmet designed for welders who prioritize maximum brightness in the light state, true-color visibility, and lightweight comfort.
It is best known for its industry-leading shade 2.5 light state, which delivers an extremely bright and clear view of the work area before and after welding.
This makes it especially popular for TIG welders, fabrication shops, and precision work where visibility and color accuracy are critical.

Key Features
Ultra-Bright Light State (Shade 2.5)
The Vegaview 2.5 features one of the brightest light states in the industry at shade 2.5, significantly improving situational awareness between welds and during setup.

True Color Vision
Advanced UV/IR filtering provides a natural, high-contrast color view of the weld area, improving puddle clarity and material definition without heavy green tint distortion.

Auto-Darkening Filter (ADF)

Shade range: 8–12 (active welding state)
Light state: 2.5
Fast switching time (~0.1 ms typical response)

Lightweight Design
At approximately 482 g (17 oz), it is one of the lightest professional auto-darkening helmets available, reducing neck strain during long shifts.

3-Sensor Arc Detection
Equipped with multiple arc sensors for reliable detection in varied welding positions, including low-amp TIG work and tight access areas.

Grinding Mode
Allows the helmet to remain in a bright state for grinding and preparation work without removing the helmet.

Adjustable Delay & Sensitivity

Delay control for return-to-light speed
Adjustable sensitivity for different environments and amperages

Ergonomic Headgear
Designed for balanced weight distribution and improved comfort during long welding sessions.
