If a package is delayed, marked as delivered but missing, damaged in transit, or otherwise experiences a shipping issue, Owl & Goose Gifts will first file an investigation and/or claim with the shipping carrier before any refund, replacement, or reshipment is processed. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s claims process. Orders that do not show delivered may be eligible for review after 30 days from the shipment date.
