Use on dry skin, do not wet the brush. Step 1: Starting at your feet, gently brush upward towards your heart.Step 2: Use small strokes–or work in a circular motion.Step 3: Brush in a clockwise direction around the stomach, then work your way up to the chest.Step 4: Once you’ve reached the clavicle, start at fingers and work your way up to the shoulders.


When:
Use morning or night, before a bath or shower. After showering, apply body moisturizer.
