One of our best units is the Traulsen AHF232W-FHS reach-in heated holding cabinet. Its exterior is constructed of stainless steel that is resistant to rust and corrosion. This unit uses Traulsen's Smart Control™ with LED Display which features advanced control algorithms and sophisticated diagnostic capabilities to optimize performance. Utilizing Smart Sensors, it adapts the operation of the system to a variety of environments and usage patterns. The Smart Control also offers a complete set of visual alarms designed to alert the user to critical events such as power outages or a prolonged door opening. In the event of an alarm, a dedicated Alarm LED will illuminate, informing the user of the critical event and duration; describing the event in large, easy to read, full text display.
